Just a short note to follow our Thanksgiving Break...

You have one chance to enjoy some great music this week at OTR. After being closed for two days we are opening big today with an encore performance of the Real Deal 10 piece R&B and Funk Band. This high energy ensemble is a guaranteed good time and a perfect excuse to get out of the house and work of the last few days of Turkey. We will push back the tables and make room for you on the dance floor!

Specials this week include: Blueberry Pancakes: 3 pancakes cooked with blueberries. Polenta Warmer: Our own rich polenta made from Butterworks local organic corn meal. Topped with spinach and mushrooms and a delicious sharp cheddar sauce served with small green salad Savory Buckwheat Crepes: Two buckwheat crepes wrapped around chevre (VT Butter and Cheese co), broccoli, mushroom and caramelized onion. Garnished with toasted sunflower seeds. Fresh Wrap: Our fresh baked flour tortilla wrapped around a two-egg spiral with tempeh bacon, avocado, black beans, cheddar cheese and fresh organic mixed greens. Served with side of salsa and sour cream. The Hibernator: two fresh baked biscuits, a little cheddar, spinach, mushrooms, caramelized onion, under a healthy helping of mushroom gravy. Topped with two eggs over medium.
