Attention friends of On the Rise-
Spring is here for real and we are very excited to announce upcoming changes that we believe with improve and streamline the OTR experience!
Beginning the week of Monday, May 10th, OTR will have new hours of operation.  They are:

Mon:  6 am- noon (morning counter service only)
Tue:  6 am- 10 pm
Wed: 6 am- 10 pm
Thurs: 6 am- 10 pm
Fri:  6 am- 10 pm
Sat: 6 am- 10 pm
Sun:  6 am- 3 pm

Why the changes? 
 Having served breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch in our space for almost three years, we’ve learned a great deal about the preferences of the community as well as the demands of bakery production and upkeep.  The new schedule allows us to serve dinner 5 nights a week!   With the addition of Tuesday evening,  we will now be open for dinner Tue- Sat.  The 12 o’clock close on Monday will give us a dedicated time for routine maintenance and bakery improvements while still remaining open in the morning to serve our loyal coffee, pastry, and bagel regulars OTR.
Another  exciting change is that the kitchen will now be open continuously!  We will no longer have to stop taking lunch orders at 2:00.  Instead, we’ll keep right on cooking to order until 5:00 when the full dinner menu becomes available.   The staffing changes that make this possible will also allow us to add weekly specials to all three menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)  featuring fresh ingredients from our garden and other local producers.
We think the changes are a net gain for everyone and hopefully this announcement will give folks “the heads up” they need to plan their time at OTR.  We look forward to seeing you soon!
